We have recently had an exciting new venture on which to flex our material forming muscles! This particular challenge of forming specific radii, coupled with return forms bent back on themselves meant that we had to utilise newly acquired tooling, design and machine some more new tooling, and draw from our deep knowledge of press brake manufacturing.

Much of our work is purely functional, and easily achievable with our vast library of tooling; and also, design and aesthetics often being of little importance. We’ve enjoyed facing the challenges inherent in a design such as this one, and designing and creating tooling solutions, and creating something a little bit arty and special whilst at it!
